CR-Typical Light Roast

The honey in the name specifies the drying process and does not mean it tastes like honey... it just so happens, this coffee does have a honey flavor. Just like San Diego is the coffee mill, not California. I know, this is confusing, but still a really good light roasted coffee. We taste honey, almonds and citrus (that you normally get with Costa Ricans).
